Basketball opens with exhibitions

Men's basketball hosts the Carson-Newman Eagles tonight in their only exhibition of the year. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. at Alexander Memorial Coliseum. The first game of the season is Nov. 9 against UNC Greensboro.

The women's team plays their only exhibition on Nov. 4 versus Premier Players. The first game of their season is on Nov. 9 against Davidson, immediately following the men's game.
