Committee's decision 'a joke'

I just thought that I should send in an opinion. I think it's wrong to change the finals policy. I really don't feel like walking up and receiving a blank diploma. It's a joke.

I also feel it unfair that the Student Regulations committee is comprised of a majority of professors. I feel that it should be 50/50. Thanks.
