Eternal battle on USA
Everything your mama told you about angels and demons was wrong or at least according to one of USA Network's newest comedy thriller. GvsE takes a new look at the eternal battle of Good and Evil. The Good are the members of "The Corps," a group recruited to serve the Almighty in the afterlife. The members of the Corps are unrecognizable to those they knew in their past lives and are forbidden from intimate contact. The Forces of Evil are Morlocks, those humans who have foolishly made a Faustian deal and now serve evil in the afterlife. The job of the Corps is to seek out and find those who have made a Faustian deal and "show them the light," or convince them to renounce their deal. If necessary the Corps may have to resort to killing a morlock, for the greater good. This is accomplished through the use of a blade soaked in the blood of the innocent.
GvsE is a thrilling series combining police-like action and comedy. Overall, it's a good mix of comedy and action, with engaging story lines. The series was created by independent film directors, Josh and Jonas Pate ("The Grave," "Deceiver").
